Hot and Spicy Green Chicken Kebab- Indian Style




You should know that India is famous for its varied range of favored spices. But when you consider a healthy and spicy quick snack for a weekend evening, the Hot and Spicy Green Chicken Kebab is the best option for non-vegetarians. You can use it as a starter when organizing for lunch or dinner. Again you can eat this kebab with a couple of drinks with your friends. The main ingredients are:
  • Boneless chicken pieces
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Black pepper 
  • Ginger paste
  • garlic paste
  • Green Chili (As required)
  • Salt
  • Oil
After marinating with ginger & garlic paste, chili, fresh coriander leaves, black pepper, and salt, we should keep it for 1-2 hrs for the best taste. Put some more green chilis in the thick paste to make it spicy.

Keep the frying pan ready in the gas oven. Put some oils. We need to do shallow fry for this kebab, or we can grill it in a micro oven. Now marinate chicken pieces with fresh ginger & garlic paste, black pepper powder, green chili, and coriander leaves with a pinch of salt, need to do shallow fry. Cover the lid on the pan so that the chicken pieces are adequately cooked. After 10-15 mins, open the lid and make the flame of the oven a little higher fry it till the burning smell starts coming. Change the sides and follow the same process.
