Single-bone lamb needs for lamb chops preparation. Lambchop preparation is very easy. First lamb chops need to clean properly. Boil in a pressure cooker for 5 mins with salt and pepper. Then the chops need to marinate with yogurt, brown vinegar, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste/red chili powder.
Make a thin batter of maida, coriander powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. After 20-30 mins of marination, each lamb chop needs to be fried in olive oil. We can do it dip or shallow fry considering the health issues.
Serve hot with some fresh onion and coriander leaves.
