Health & Taste within NO time


It’s one of the irresistible dishes, especially for breakfast. It is easy to prepare while you are in a hurry. Delightful in taste and flavor. Before going to the office,  this is the best thing which you can make within 10-15 mins.

Key Ingredients:

The required ingredients are egg, onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilis, ginger, coriander leaves/ curry leaves, vegetable oil, cumin, turmeric, asafetida, salt butter

Ingredients in Brief:

4 eggs, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 green chilies or as per taste, 1chopped capsicum, 2 inches finely chopped ginger, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 3 to 4 curry leaves, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil or ghee, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, Pav bhaji masala (as per taste), Pinch of hing/ asafoetida, Salt as per taste, 2 Tbsp butter (optional) 

Process:
  •           At first whip, the four eggs gently with a spoon and keep them aside.
  •         Take a frying pan and add vegetable oil to it. Now add whole cumin seed, chopped onions, hing or asafoetida, green chilies, curry leaves, capsicum, and ginger to it. And make them brown.
  •        Then add the chopped tomatoes and a few coriander leaves to get the flavor. Fry for 2 minutes.
  •          Then add 1 tbsp butter with Pav bhaji masala ( optional), red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt (as per taste).
  •          And lastly, add slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking them until it is properly cooked.  
  •          Top it up with butter. Garnish with the rest of the coriander leaves.
  •          Serve hot with buttered bun/ Bread.
